Tails
Yesterday we got their tails docked. All the babies did fine. Trixie was really anxious when we finally came home from the vet. She sure was happy to have her kids home.

Ch. Trixie is a mother
Trixie went into labor Friday, April 4th. About 3 PM she started having her contractions, every now and then she'd stop in her tracks and just start her "lamaze" breathing. George and I both slept on the couch, just so we wouldn't get into a deep sleep and not be there for Trixie. Trixie started having her contractions really close together about 2:30 AM and started some pushing about 2:45 AM, right before I had to head to work. George got Taylor up in time to be there for the first birth at 4:30 AM. The first little guy was big and needed a little help. After the big boy got out of the way, the other 4 were pretty easy and needed no help. The 5th puppy was born at 6:37 AM. In total she had 3 males and 2 females. Mom and babies are all doing well.
